Rose Ann Morano-Sulla, an NC II holder and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman), is the author of Food and Beverage Services. She acquired a fundamental course in pastry arts at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (ISCAHM) under Chef Ernie Babaran.
